HMP's
mission is to help local people in rural areas of Zambia attain food security,
sustainable productivity, and alleviation of poverty.
MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
OBJECTIVES
Help Ministries Project strives to achieve its mission by following four detailed objectives:
- Promoting sustainable productivity and disaster preparedness while practicing environmental conservation
- Spearheading projects relating to health and HIV/AIDS awareness in order to increase the productivity of rural citizens
- Spearheading projects relating to education and information in order to raise education and awareness levels
- Supporting, cooperating with, and affiliating to other local or international organizations working in areas of spiritual, social, human, environmental, gender, and economic development
INCOME GENERATION
HMP gets funding from:
- Organisations and individuals
- Income generating activities, including agriculture, hammermill, grocery and carpentry
NEEDS
HMP has needs in the following areas:
- Knowledge and help (financial and material)
- Income generation and investments
- Communties in which to establish additional acitivities
- Men and women to carry out the mission
FUTURE
- HMP will need trained lecturers (or will train lecturers) to carry out activities
- Lecturers will train young men and women
- Upon graduation, students willing to continue further in studies shall be sponsored by HMP
- Other graduates shall serve the growth of churches and other aspects of life
